01Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 7ph website at 7ph.lat and all associated pages, mobile-optimized views, tools, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 7ph Platform.
• "Wallet" means the electronic balance held within a Player's 7ph Account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Real Money Play" means any game or betting activity conducted using funds deposited into a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive issued by 7ph to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under 7ph's compliance obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account management features including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion available to all Players.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming in the Philippines.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain a 7ph Account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
2. Be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law;
3. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
4. Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7ph, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person;
5. Not be self-excluded from 7ph or any other gambling platform, where such exclusion remains active;
6. Not be subject to any court order or legal prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gambling;
7. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the operation of your Account.

7ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any funds therein that were obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.

03Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the 7ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held in any account beyond the first-registered one.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS;
• A valid email address (where applicable);
• Your legal full name, date of birth, and residential address in the Philippines;
• A government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID) for KYC verification.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from your Wallet is processed. 7ph may also require KYC completion before certain deposit thresholds are reached. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Notify 7ph support immediately if your registered mobile number changes or if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your password or mobile number.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 7ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7ph does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion fees incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the Player.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are ₱200.
• Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions.
• 7ph does not charge deposit fees, but payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 7ph Account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified Accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit may vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Standard processing time for withdrawals to GCash and Maya is 5–15 minutes following approval.
• 7ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7ph Account. 7ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7ph may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 years and older only;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each Bonus offer once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms;
• 7ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such cancellation does not affect Bonuses already credited and being actively wagered;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, arbitrage, or any other strategy deemed abusive by 7ph — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension;
• Bonus credit and bonus-derived winnings cannot be transferred between Accounts.

06Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 7ph Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and operate on independently audited random number generation systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are the parameters under which those games operate. 7ph does not alter game outcomes or RTP parameters beyond what is disclosed in each game's information panel.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by the game provider's server shall be the definitive record. In cases of manifest technical error — such as an incorrectly displayed payout due to a software malfunction — 7ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. Neither 7ph nor the game provider shall be liable for erroneous payouts arising from technical faults, and any such amounts paid in error may be reclaimed.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the presiding dealer are final subject to review by the live casino provider's pit management. In the event of a stream interruption during a live game round, 7ph will handle the outcome in accordance with the live casino provider's documented disconnect policy.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ph Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to access the Platform, play games, or interact with the sportsbook;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void;
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games or in relation to bonus claiming;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions;
• Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to an active self-exclusion;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or hacking;
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration or KYC.

7ph reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any confirmed instance of prohibited conduct.

08Responsible Gaming

7ph provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a predefined duration of continuous play to prompt a break.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a given period. Wagering is paused when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and net result for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 7ph Platform for a defined minimum period (from 30 days to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected and takes effect immediately upon activation.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, 7ph encourages you to seek help. The 21+ age policy is a compliance requirement, not merely a suggestion — it is enforced through mandatory KYC verification, and Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed.

09Account Suspension & Closure

7ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider;
• Reasonable belief that a Player is under the age of 21;
• Detection of duplicate or multiple Account usage;
• Activation of self-exclusion by the Account holder;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

In cases where Account closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance attributable to the breach may be forfeited. Legitimate Wallet balances — being funds deposited by the Player that are not connected to a breach — will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following satisfactory verification, subject to applicable regulatory holds.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 7ph support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding Wallet balance will be returned to the Player following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "7ph," the logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 7ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7ph;
• Use the 7ph brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the Platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7ph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's failure to protect their login credentials;
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 7ph's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or network outages;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains a typographical or technical error, provided such errors are corrected upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by 7ph, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

7ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Identity and age verification (KYC) using government-issued documentation;
• Transaction monitoring and anti-money laundering compliance;
• Customer support communications;
• Platform analytics and personalization (in aggregate or anonymized form where possible);
• Regulatory reporting as required under applicable Philippine law.

7ph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with game providers and payment processors is limited to what is necessary for the operation of those services.

13Amendments to These Terms

7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7ph will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the 7ph website, a notification within logged-in Accounts, or direct communication to the registered mobile number or email address associated with affected Accounts.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 9. The "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" fields at the top of this page reflect the current version of the Terms.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 7ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, 7ph encourages Players to attempt informal resolution by contacting 7ph customer support. Most account, payment, and game disputes are resolvable through the support channel within a reasonable timeframe. 7ph commits to responding to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
